We exercise utmost care in processing dry cleaning/laundry items. W use the best processes that best suite the nature and condition of each individual article.
While dry cleaning or laundry, the greatest care will be taken in the process. But by not way of limitation, a customer may order a certain process which could bring about shrinking, stretching, loss of color, development of shine or any other damage whatsoever, the company shall have sole discretion regarding the process to be used in dealing with all goods.
The company accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of buttons, buckles, ornaments, zips, puddings, trimmings or other articles.
Garments are insured while in our custody against the risk of fire and burglary only. Other disaster e.g. natural or civil apply.
In case where liability is accepted damage loss shall be limited to one half of the original cost of the article but shall not exceed SHS 7500. Nevertheless documentary proof on the actual cost and age of the goods must be produced to the absolute satisfaction of the company.
The report of our inspection department about the condition of the goods when received by us shall be final.
We will do our best to remove stains safely, but we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent .
No liability shall be accepted for any delay from whatsoever cause.
The company accepts no liabilities for loss, damage or other matter in respect of goods once re-delivered.
Goods will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. The company reserves the right to sell any items not collected within the stipulated period; to recover any outstanding bills and the storage charges. | | | | | | | |
